The Samaya’s two Seminyak properties have something for everyone, original Samaya is located on Seminyak Beach, just a few minutes from the bustling entertainment and shopping of Legian and a twenty minute transfer time from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The all new Samaya Royal Courtyard Villas which are just located across the street from the existing villa property, each with their own full-size private swimming pool, modern, fashionable and chic interior, self contained entrance, with a golf buggy service between the two, stay at one play at two, best of both worlds, and the assurance of privacy and upscale service in all our villas is our top priority.

1 Bedroom Garden Pool Villa
All villas are elegantly appointed and situated within two hectares (4,9 acres) of tropical gardens and designed to maximize guest comfort and enhance the sense of total privacy.

1 Bedroom Royal Courtyard Villa
The Samaya Royal Courtyard Villas are located across the street from the existing villas, each with their own full-size private swimming pool, modern, fashionable and chic interior, self contained entrance and the assurance of privacy.
Each of the spacious new courtyard villas vary between 300 to 600 square meters in size with a private lap pool with a minimum size of 11 meters in length and a generous greenery of outdoor garden complimented with a wooden gazebo which may double as day bed or intimate private dining area.

1 Bedroom Royal Pavilion
All villas are elegantly appointed and situated within two hectares (4,9 acres) of tropical gardens and designed to maximize guest comfort and enhance the sense of total privacy.

For guests who would like to indulge a little more, four One-Bedroom Royal Pavilions, each with private pool, elegant four poster bed, dining area, Balinese bale or gazebo and jacuzzi with total area 275-meter square.

2 Bedrooms Royal Courtyard Villa

The Samaya’s beautiful beachside setting allows you to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, as well spectacular sun sets.

Samaya proudly presents the arrival of Chef Dean Keddell, who we believe will take Samaya and Breeze to a new level of Culinary Art.
The chic open bar, virtually on the beach, is an extremely eye-catching feature, as is the outside seating arrangement including, comfortable chairs and sofas. In total, Breeze can accommodate up to 100 dinners either under cover or outside on the very attractive decking, which is surrounded by an elegant water feature.

The wine list is very comprehensive and the air-conditioned wine cellar allows guests to inspect the bottles before they order. At least 120 global wine labels are available at very conservative prices.

Well worth a visit, Breeze has become the Gourmet ‘Hot Spot’ beachfront favourite in the Seminyak area.
