Designed to ensure maximum seclusion for every guest, these 78 free-standing, cliff-top Bali luxury villas are set in traditional Balinese compounds with private pools surrounded by tropical gardens. You will feel like the only people on earth. If you do decide to venture out, our villa guests enjoy convenient access to all hotel facilities, including the Thermes Marins Bali Spa, restaurants, cafes and lounges, and white-sand beach.

Cliff Villas

Located along the cliffs just south of the main hotel, AYANA’s 38 one-bedroom Cliff Villas represent a ‘resort within a resort’. These exquisite Bali luxury villas enjoy their own dedicated lobby surrounded by a lotus pond, which overlooks a two-tiered, infinity-edged freshwater pool and library/recreation lounge. The chic Dava Restaurant serves a la carte breakfast and modern Asian dining at night, while The Martini Club provides a stunning sunset venue with panoramic views and an extensive list of more than 50 perfectly-shaken classic and contemporary martinis.

Ocean Villas

Located on the cliffs north of the main hotel, these stunning Bali villas comprise both one-bedroom and two-bedroom dwellings, providing spacious and private accommodation for families and groups traveling together.

Ayana Villas

Situated on 3000sqm (32,292sqf) of landscaped tropical gardens on the edge of the cliff, the three-bedroom Bali luxury Villa is true to its name as a ‘place of refuge.’ Offering the most stunning cliff-top views on the island and the privacy of its secluded location in a tranquil corner of the property, this is AYANA Resort and Spa’s most lavish venue for an exclusive escape, a honeymoon for two, or a wedding celebration. A private driveway provides exclusive and secure access, leading to a terraced water feature reminiscent of Bali’s famed rice fields, with fountains that gently flow towards carved doors offering entry into the stunning villa. Perched on limestone cliffs above the Indian Ocean on Bali’s southwest coast, this 77-hectare Bali resort features 368 guestrooms, comprising 209 resort rooms, 10 resort suites, 71 club rooms and suites, and 78 villas. Each room at our Bali luxury resort harmoniously blends the latest modern comforts with traditional design, which is highlighted in Indonesian carving, sculpture, paintings and arte facts

Resort Guest Room

Each 48sqm (517sqf) room features light, natural décor and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Guests have the choice of comfortable King-sized bed or twin beds. The marbled bathrooms contain showers and baths. Amenities also include 42-inch flat-screen television, writing table, lounge chair, aromatic burner set and mini-bar. Complementary tea and plunger coffee are provided, along with fresh tropical fruits served daily.

Resort Guest Suites

Each 98sqm (1055sqf) room features a separate living room and master bedroom, along with a private balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. Amenities include an iPod docking station, 42-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and an aromatic oil and burner set. Complimentary tea and plunger coffee are provided, along with fresh tropical fruits served daily.

Ayana Club Rooms & Suite

The Club Floor, comprising 71 rooms and suites, offers an extra level of privacy, comfort and superior service for discerning guests. Guests of our Bali resort spa who reserve this accommodation enjoy exclusive access to the Club Lounge, and a dedicated Club Concierge to assist with transport, tours, restaurant and spa bookings, and any other requests.

Club Rooms

Each 48sqm (517sqf) room is light and airy with natural beige décor and a private balcony providing views of the Indian Ocean. The rooms contain King or twin beds, large bathrooms with shower and bath, writing table and lounge chairs. Amenities also include a 42-inch Plasma TV, iPod docking station, aromatic oil and burner set, in-room ironing facilities and mini-bar. Complimentary snacks, tea and plunger coffee are provided, along with fresh tropical fruits served daily.

Club Suites

Each 98sqm (1055sqf) room enjoys ocean views from the separate living area and master bedroom. Sliding doors in both areas open on to the large private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. The bedroom features an ornately-carved King-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and an extra flat-screen television. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub, shower and double vanity table, while a second bathroom provides an extra shower and toilet. The living room includes a plush lounge set with a 42-inch plasma television, DVD Player, iPod docking station, and mini-bar. Complementary snacks, tea and AYANA’s signature plunger coffee are provided, along with fresh tropical fruits served daily.

Dava – Contemporary and sleek in design, the layout resembles a lotus flower and features a striking all white marble floor and unique slate stone ‘Dragon Skin’ wall. Enjoy inspiring and innovative world cuisine in a spectacular, elevated location overlooking the Indian Ocean. Open for breakfast and dinner.

Langit Theatre – Open-air theatre for dining under the stars while watching traditional Balinese dance performances, which combine music and song with brilliant costumes, extravagant masks and magnificent head dresses. The theatre is terraced to offer panoramic views of the stage, orchestra and the Indian Ocean.

Padi Restaurant – Outdoor pavilions which appears to “float” on lily ponds offer daily breakfast and serves internationally acclaimed authentic Thai cuisine for dinner.

Damar Terrace – Open-air bar surrounded by pools, romantically illuminated by dozens of candles in the evening, serves beverages and Asian cuisine favorites throughout the day, as well as afternoon iced tea and evening cigars.

Sami Sami – Casual, Cliffside restaurant and bar offers innovative authentic Italian cuisine in three separate outdoor dining pavilions. Lunch and dinner served daily.

Kisik Seafood Bar & Grill – Sand-floored restaurant and bar carved into the cliff overlooking the ocean. Features fresh grilled seafood for dinner.

Kubu Bar – Located at secluded Kubu Beach, this quaint beach hut offers gourmet sandwiches, fresh fruit and beverages.

Spa Café – Located within the Spa Complex, the Spa Café serves delicious and healthy offerings including a range of health drinks and shakes.

Honzen – Located at the entrance to the Spa Complex, this Japanese restaurant offers sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki. Honzen – Japanese for “wonderful food” – is open for lunch and dinner.

Romantic Dinner on The Pier – A candle-lit, four course lobster dinner for just two people, ‘cast away’ on AYANA’s private pier extending out into the Indian Ocean. Maximum one couple per night.

The Martini Club – Located in the Cliff Villa complex and ideal for pre- or post-dinner relaxation, this intimate bar boasts an indoor club atmosphere overlooking open-terraced areas and 180-degree Indian Ocean views.

Thermes Marins Bali Spa

Thermes Marins Bali is an award winning destination that brings together timeless European seawater therapies and traditional Balinese health and beauty treatments. The 22,000sqm spa features one of the world’s largest Aquatonic® seawater therapy pools, state-of-the-art hydrotherapy treatment rooms and spacious private spa villas.

Spa on the Rocks

An extension of the spa complex, two private villas are anchored offshore by natural rocks in the midst of the shimmering Indian Ocean. Located below the resort’s towering cliff face, the incredible positioning of the two treatment villas is as unique as it is indulgent for its lavish treatments and exclusive use of the world’s finest spa product, Crème de La Mer.

Meeting & Conventions

Bali’s window on paradise beckons even the most experienced conference and incentive meeting attendees. Ballroom offers 595m2 of meeting space, seating 540 people for dinner and includes intimate boardrooms and a ballroom that can accommodate 700 people. Three other meeting rooms range in size to accommodate groups of 10 to 100 people. Separate outdoor function space is available for gathering under the stars.

Children’s Facilities

Younger guests aged four to ten can join a daily program of supervised activities specifically chosen to share the enchanting world of Balinese art, drama and traditions. Children will simply love the playground and program of supervised activities that shares the world of Balinese art, drama and tradition. Some of the programs include a visit to the hotel temple. Other include an opportunity to "dress up" in Balinese costume, in respect of the local culture while a staff member shows how to prepare traditional offerings on coconut leaf trays.

Six spectacular wedding venues offer a wide choice of locations with unparalleled views for any style of wedding, whether grand extravaganzas or private vow celebrations for two. There are two state-of-the-art glass Wedding Pavilions, Tresna and Astina; the AYANA gazebo on the cliff-edge; Bale Kencana, a traditional ‘bale’; Asmara, a 350-year-old Javanese ‘joglo’; and Champa Garden, a multifaceted 20,000 square meter outdoor event space.
